No DJ as issued. This volume was still in original shrink-wrap when I acquired it. I removed the plastic only to take a look at the publication page so I could list it here. So it is factory fresh. No markings, creases, tears. Not ex lib, not remaindered. A pristine collectible. Illustrations, fold out map, index. 402 pages.
