This pamphlet is from The Book of the New Moral World, which was originally published in 7 parts between 1836-1844, by the famous utopian socialist Robert Owen.

Owens candid self published work discusses how he became a successful documentary/commercial photographer including descriptions of all his major projects as well as a discussion of equipment used and his stylistic approach to the medium. Illustrated with a generous amount of reproductions from photographs detailing the 1970s suburban life in Livermore, California that made him famous.
