Over the years many printers participated, and the cards they produced showed their individual style. In this copy of the book a real term card is laid in. It is one of the two from the only American printer to participate.

The transcripts—called here protocols—of what they said were translated but then archived at the Public Record Office in Kew Gardens and forgotten, until they were found and brought to life beginning in 2001.
