Attributed to N. H. Wilson. In Wilson's opinion, Rhodesia had the resources to become not only a major settlement colony, but a nation in its own right, and as a part of the Empire-wide network of colonies and territories, especially given its position in British Africa, it could only expand with hugely increased white immigration.
