Cloth covers show a little wear at spine ends and corners, as well as a few scuffs in cloth. Gilded lettering and map image on cover are a little faded, though remain clear. Four inch closed tear in folding map from bound edge into border but not affecting any other part of image. Scattered, mostly light, foxing, though a little heavier on title page. Volume remains tight and complete, and contents have been collated.
