Heavy chipping and short tears at the edges of the covers, and a large section of paper loss at the top of the rear cover. Creasing to the rear cover and darkening to pages, covers, and titles. Pencilled notation to the top of the first page, and a stray pencil mark to the bottom of the front cover. Some dampstaining to the front cover and into the first page, but no mold and no further dampening. Binding is solid, but pages are brittle. Multiple fold-outs all intact. A unique look at the economic history of the state of Quintana Roo and the federal efforts to engage it economically with the rest of Mexico. 461 pp., a difficult to find piece of Mexican governmental history.

External description: corners and spine tips rounded and bumped with minor fraying at the extremities of the corners. Some bumping as well to the board edges where they extend beyond the textblock. Rubbed, lightened spot to the center of the spine column, and darkening ot the top of the boards and the top edge of the textblock. Interior description: Front pastedown with two erasure spots - brown papers lightened and scuffed from the erasure. Front hinge is split with paper exposing the binding web - still relatively solid. The rear hinge is starting but not as advanced as the front. Darkening to the edges of the back of the free endpapers from the dark brown endpaper coloring coming through. New York: Bantam Books, 1987. First edition. Hardcover. Very Good/good. Signed and inscribed by the author in black sharpie across the title page, "To Allen Peterson - Best wishes, Louis L'amour." The signature has a brief line under it. Also laid in at front is a note paper that helps with authentication. Black boards with a black cloth spine, in dustjacket, 1st edition. A very good copy, with bumping at the lower corners and a thin scrape to the bottom edge of the text block. Binding is tight as if unread, and the pages are clean. Unclipped jacket is not quite as good - bending and scuffs at the jacket corners and folds, and general shelf-wear to the panel edges - still bright and clean. 357 pp., nicely signed by this western legend.

Oregon: Aerocam Press, 2006. First edition. Paperback. Very Good. Oblong quarto in very good condition. Minor wear to the edges and mild bending at the corner tips. Text clean and unmarked and binding solid. Black and white, and color pictures throughout. 133 pp., a beautiful collection of Oregon historical photography, reinterpreted and photographed again in the current day - a fascinating project brought to life in an exhibit that this book captures beautifully.

A very good copy of this thick volume, with some bending to the corners, and general light edgewear. Some thumbing or darkening to the textblock edges, otherwise a clean and unmarked copy in a solid binding. The dustjacket is also very good with matching bumping to the corners and folds. The rear flap of the jacket is folded incorrectly, leaving some of the written matter flowing ot the back panel. 661 pp., indexed. An important work in the development of therapeutic communication between patient and physician. Hard to find in this condition.

A good+ copy with some light wear to the edges and corner. Spiral binding is still in very good condition and all the pages are firmly bound in. Previous bookstore price erased at the top of the title page appears to be the only marking. 40 pages, printed by the local county historical society, brief bibliography. Some black and white photos including two that seem to be tipped in. An interesting history of college founded by the Church of the United Brethren in Christ, including brief family history information on the children of founding members Wyatt, Springer, Gragg, and Keezel.

The big flaw is the spine split, very near the center of the book - all pages are still firmly bound in, but the book opens wide and the binding is visible in the split. A clean and unmarked copy. 168 pp. full color photos of the various species throughout.
