This set offered here only includes issues 1-8, lacking the final 4 issues. The Clipper series was designed and printed by the Grabhorn Press. Single sheet folded books, closed measuring approx 8.5inT x 10inW, opening to a full 20in wide. Each booklet comes with a lengthy history of the featured Clipper Ship, and includes a color facsimile of the card issued announcing the ships delivery and arrival in San Francisco during the mid-late 1800's. Each facsimile announcement is an actual ticket affixed to the inner rear panel.
