While the bulk of writings on the apartheid years in South Africa concern the struggle between White and Black, not much has been recorded about the races caught in between. HIV-AIDS further divides an already divided population.

White cloth boards. 33pp text + 34 plates. 360mm x 310mm. 1.1kg. A biography of the noted bird-artist that is also well illustrated with colour plates of some of his works. The details of his theft of plates from books belonging to the Transvaal Museum and the resulting effects thereof are covered in detail. That his death was due to suicide as popularly believed is denied.
