New York: Dodd, Mead, 1902. First Edition; presumed first issue binding. Minor cloth soiling and wear; a little page staining; very good. A superb association copy; inscribed by the author, “To H.G. Wells, the Sandpark [?] Philosopher. Oct. 1902. W.W. Jacobs.” Contains one of the most anthologized and finest of all horror stories, “The Monkey’s Paw.” The object grants three wishes to successive people, with tragic results.

London and New York: Macmillan, 1888. Supino’s (p. 243) second edition; American issue (the first American edition); an unrecorded variant, not conforming to the size specifications of either binding noted (overall 7 9/16 x 5 1/4”). Very good to fine.
