Ramsey, Millett & Hudson, Kansas City, [1885]. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good. Signed. Inscribed, on third blank, in pencil "Compliments (?) Dr. J. W. Frank (?)" and SIGNED, "E. C. Cole, Author". Light brown cloth, stamped in gilt on spine and stamped in gilt and blind on the front panel. Illustrated with numerous engraving; lacking the map (common with this title).
