Isabelle Hadley was an herbalist friend for whom Tasha Tudor must have drawn a piece of stationery which is the background of this correspondence. The image is a bed sheet suspended between two poles. A pot of herbs at each lower corner. A catnip nice, ribbons and a tag tied at the top of the left pole. A lavendar pillow, tag and ribbon at the top of the right pole.

The limitation colophon page is added as the last sheet in the book. A separate publication, PRICE GUIDE TO ACCOMPANY TASHA TUDOR: THE DIRECTION OF HER DREAMS... is laid in. Haas and Gauch were two of Tudor's editors. Each wrote a section for the book. Haas died about 2005. Signed by 6 Authors and Tasha Tudor.
