Collins the Catholic University of Americain Washington, DC. Something of a mystery; I have no records of from where or whom I received these. Two attempts in the early 2000s to find out more by contacting The Catholic University yielded only head-scratching there. Printed, based on the foreword letter, in 1993, though there is no publisher name or place. 'Heartstone' is 152 pp long, including an epilogue; 'Speak of the Devil' is presumably a shorter work, length unknown, with the first 10 pages (3 chapters) present.
