From a stated edition of 226 copies (200 numbered copies for sale, and 26 lettered and not for sale); this copy out of series and unnumbered. The first book publication of two stories Ronald Firbank wrote during his years at Cambridge, which first appeared in Cambridge's undergraduate magazine, THE GRANTA, in 1906 and 1907. In an unpublished memoir of Edward Gorey and the Albondocani Press, Albondocani founder George Bixby recounts approaching Gorey about illustrating the work: "I thought the Firbank stories would be an ideal project for illustrations by Gorey, told him about the stories, and asked him if he would be interested in making some drawings to accompany them. The volume reports on Unesco' second mission concerning the preservation and restoration of historic buildings: this concerning Yugoslavia's early medieval Church of St. Sophia in Ochrida (Ohrid), Macedonia. The author, Ferdinand Forlati (1882-1975), was an important Italian architect and civil engineer, responsible for the restoration of many of the Veneto region's architectural landmarks.

Light foxing in front endpapers, uneven sunning and half-inch closed tear at head of dust jacket. Overall near fine in a very good dust jacket. A longitudinal study prepared under the auspices of the Postgraduate Center for Mental Health by a group of six psychologists, psychiatrists, and therapists based at various institutions in New York and Madison, Wisconsin. The study follows "six creative people in the field of painting, sculpture, writing, and acting. Both the development of their personalities and of their work habits or attitudes towards work were studied over a three-year period. The book presents both clinical histories of the six artists and specific measurements of their movements during therapy.
