It seems disingenuous to say "else near fine," but other than the fading and cracking to the paper band it is near fine. From the library of the University Club of Seattle with Club bookplate on front paste down & small number sticker on spine. Lower spine corner of ffep has bookseller's label, "Harry Hartman Seattle."
