Village Lights Bookstore

Village Lights Bookstore opened as a brick-and-mortar shop in 2008. We are a quintessential "mom & pop" business, locally owned and independent, and we live above the shop. We are members of the American Booksellers Association and the Great Lakes Independent Booksellers Association, and offer a carefully curated in-store selection of new and used books. The quality of our online service is as important to us as that in our open storefront. Not bookjackers, mega-sellers, or warehouse dealers, we offer a modest, but diverse, selection of rare, collectible, and antiquarian items. No algorithms employed. We carefully grade our books in accordance with IOBA Book Condition Definitions (https://www.ioba.org/conditions-definitions), describe them using standard ABAA terminology (https://www.abaa.org/glossary), and painstakingly package them to prevent damage in transit.
