A thin book of heavy statistics. Seems to be an important work that is rather highly valued. My search came up with over sixty copies, most priced far above my price, so consider this a bargain, if you will. A part of the Sage University Papers Series. There is little wear to the book, a small amount of highlighting in pink and yellow, and a number written on the front cover.

Two stamps on the front free endpaper have been blacked-out, but one on the top page edges shows this to have once been owned by an MD at the National Cancer Institute. The only date in the book is 1956, but the copyright page has an ISBN, idicating that it dates from 1971 or later.

This book is all about the ones that are not made up and how to tell them apart.
