He wrote most pieces as a student of theology in Leiden. Camera Obscura ' gives an image of the 19th-century Netherlands by trekschuit and Stagecoach.This is the 23rd Edition of the book printed in The Netherlands in 1904. It is written in the original Dutch. The spine has been broken and is half detached inside of the front cover but still intact and in decent condition. Some of the pages are partially detached, but they are all still there and intact. Cover has normal shelfwear. It has also been signed inside of the front cover by a previous owner. Overall it is in fair, readable condition. (If you can read Dutch).

This book is part of Norton's "Ancient Culture and Society" series, and was originally published in 1970. This new and revised edition was printed in 1981 to include archaeological discoveries, etc. that were unearthed after the original printing. General editor M.I. Finley is a Master of Darwin College and a Professor Emeritus of Ancient History in The University of Cambridge. The book itself is in very, good condition, the dust jacket has a couple of scuffs but is in really good condition as well, with very little shelf wear.

A biography of Elizabeth I, written for young readers by Dell Shannon under the pseudonym Elizabeth Linington. There is a stain at the bottom of the spine, and a little shelf wear, other than that the book is in very good condition, with no writing or marks.

Early in-depth analysis of French Literature. The binding and spine are in excellent condition, especially considering the age of the book, the outside cover shows quite a bit of shelf wear. It has a really psychedelic "paint-splash" theme that envelopes the insides of the cover as well as the outside page edges. A really nice book. There are no tears, markings or writing, there are however stains on a few pages, nothing really bad, and some mild yellowing on the pages.
