The last collaboration of the authors before the death of S. J. Simon. Three tears to the top edge of the front dustwrapper panel, measuring between 0.25 " -- to 0.5 ". One tear, top right-hand corner of the front dustwrapper panel, has been inexpertly been repaired with tape on the front side of the dustwrapper, tape still in situ. Creasing and fading to the backstrip region and general rubbing of the dustwrapper panels is also present. The front fold over panel has split for the first 3.75 ".
