Description:
Bobbs-Merrill Co. Inc, Indianapolis, 1979. First Edition. Hardcover (Original Cloth). Very Good Condition/Very Good. 141 pages, + 3 blank. Illustrated dust jacket. "This is definitely not a cookbook, but a wise and witty look at what makes Jewish cuisine a kitchen apart. Cheesecake that can be eaten with every meal by the most orthodox is a case in point. Thanks to a God-given recipe, it does not contain a single dairy product, thus giving the cheesecake fresser a chance to indulge after a steak without concern for dietary laws that proscribed dairy and meat at the same meal." there is at the bottom of the spine section of the dust jacket a very short tear, and the dust jacket has been price-clipped. There is no other damage to describe. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Please refer to accompanying picture (s). Quantity Available: 1. Shipped Weight: Under 500 grams.
