Colour illustrated dustwrapper, being a reproduction of Ricardo Cinalli's work "Premonition II" with red coloured titles to the front panel and red and white coloured titles to the backstrip. Black-and-white photograph of the author and his partner Roger Horwitz to the rear dustwrapper panel. On October 22, 1986, Paul Monette's partner Roger Horwitz died from the complications of AIDS, 19 months and 10 days after his initial diagnosis. This book is a very personal memoir of that initial diagnosis, medical treatments, ailments and hospitalisations of Roger Horwitz until his final blindness and death.
