The boards are rubbed to all extremities but are so attractive! No Date shown, but Dr. Barnardo, a medical doctor whose mission was to help those in poverty, supported his philanthropic practice by editing & publishing children’s periodicals between 1874 & his death in 1905. The Images are pasted on to some large folio sized beige sheets which are very torn, and scruffy with losses around the edges. All sheets are 'dusty'/grubby but the images are complete and generally clean, some are a little wrinkled a few brown spots due to age, storage, and probably the old glue used.
