Notable flaws: Issue 1 has a light corner impact to the bottom outer front corner. Issue 2 has a one-inch diagonal crease with color break on the back bottom outer corner and a small gray smudge in a white area near the spine. Issue 3 has a corner impact on the bottom front cover and a spine stress with a color break on the back cover. Carefully packed, shipped in a box.

These labels partly obscure the text on the back cover which describes the contents. Title page has library property label. Rear free endpaper also has a library label. Top page edges stamped "CANCELLED - SALE AUTHORIZED". Hardcover with illustrated color paper-covered boards.
