All items are subject to prior sale. Reservations will be held a maximum of 10 days. Foreign checks and money orders must be in U.S. funds and drawn on U.S. banks only. Postage is USPS priority or media mail. US Postal Service insurance rates are: up to $50.00 is $1.30; $50.01 to $100 is $2.20; $100.01 and up is $3.20 plus $1.00 per additional $100.00 of value. Inquire if requiring UPS or USPS overnight service. Please inquire for foreign shipping rates. Availability of books ordered by e-mail will be confirmed by e-mail. If ordering by telephone, please leave a return phone number for order confirmation. We are generally NOT available by phone during the following times: Monday-Friday 7:00AM-6:00PM PST. Items are returnable within 10 days of receipt for any reason. Please notify us first.
