As a lot I offer 26 issues - FULL DETAILS ON MY WEBSITE - ASK FOR LINK - but briefly, this publication had different publishers over the years, Again, briefly included: Vol. 2, No. 5, February 1932; 1934-1937, 22 issues published by West Essex Philatelic Society; and, 3 issues from 1938 and 1939, published by William R.
