Edinburgh: J. & J. Gray & Company, 1920. First edition of the author's rare book on putting. Octavo, original cloth, top edge gilt, illustrated with plates from photographs. In very good condition, rebacked. First editions are rare. Willie Park was one of the top professional golfers of his era, winning The Open Championship twice. Park was also a successful golf equipment maker and golf writer, as one of the first professional players to write an instructors manual. In his later years, Park built a significant career as one of the world's best golf course architects.

Small octavo, original publishers three quarters morocco with morocco spine labels lettered in gilt to the spine and front panel, top edge gilt with others uncut, illustrated by Paul Brown. One of 950 numbered copies, this is number 551. In fine condition. Bookplate. Founded in 1927 by Princeton University graduate Eugene V. Connett III, The Derrydale Press published several series of outdoor books for North American audiences during the first half of the 20th century. It was the only publishing house in the world devoted exclusively to sporting books.

Near fine in a very good dust jacket. Edited by Maxwell Boyd. Sir Stirling Moss was a British former Formula One racing driver. An inductee into the International Motorsports Hall of Fame, he won 212 of the 529 races he entered across several categories of competition and has been described as "the greatest driver never to win the World Championship". In a seven-year span between 1955 and 1961 Moss finished as championship runner-up four times and third the other three.
