Book A collectible copy of Roberts' acerbic account of his treatment for tonsillitis. From the front flap: "What Ellis Parker Butler did for guinea pigs and Irvin S. Cobb for operations, Kenneth Roberts has now hilariously done for tonsils." Following the text are three pages of advertisements for Roberts' first four novels and his essay collection "For Authors Only" Size: Small Octavo. 70 pages. Item Type: Book. Text body is clean, and free from previous owner annotation, underlining and highlighting. Near Fine hardcover bound in black cloth with red line drawing on the front cover and title in red/author black on red field on spine.
