We accept returns of marchandise in case we had made an error on shippment. But the return of the book is in charge of the customer. We rembours the book after we recieved back the book. We don't refund the expenses when we had sent the book. In case of lost we cannot refund the value of the book. We can offer a discount price for another purchase of 50% and we offer the shippment for new order. If the book has a great value, we send on letter registered
