German bodybuilder & wrestler Lionel Strongfort (born Max Unger) was the author of 'The Strongfort System of Physical Culture, or Strongfortism'- a correspondence school method for personal physical exercise. The scrapbook has several signed letterheads from Strongfort himself, a receipt and many b&w photographs showing his exercise program.
