Fore edge is foxed, and some foxing to the half title. Text is in Spanish. A rough translation of the title is, "Historical Notes on the Province of Entre Ríos in the Argentine Republic.

There is some pest damage to the fore edge of the jacket and the binding of the book near the bottom corner of the front cover. A sound copy with secure inner hinges. The text is unmarked but has a bit of a musty aroma. Text is in English. Abbott Payson Usher (1883-1965) was an American economic historian.

The box shows moderate wear and has a little bending or creasing from having other items stored atop it. The box is secure and is not splitting. The book itself shows almost no wear. Complete with a CD in a sleeve and some pictorial foldouts laid in loosely. Illustrated throughout with color photographs.
