Signed by author; 221 pages. Self published. Signed by author. Former owner's name inside front cover. No writing on text. End-papers darkened around edges, stains on edges inside back cover, slight rippling at top of pages, does not extend onto the printed part. Kiowa history; Satanta, Kicking Bird, Lone Wolf, Hunting Horse, and others, obtained via author interviews of many of the oldest Kiowas. 20 chapters each a history or life experience of a Kiowa Indian. There are a few Custer references.
