Some sections of the cover's fabric are peeling away from the edges of the book. Back cover is almost completely detached from rest of book. Spine is very worn - outer fabric cover has come off, and cardboard layer beneath remains. Pages are very well-thumbed and bumped and edges are a little yellow. Some water staining to inside edges of pages. Pages otherwise clean and tightly bound, and photographs very clear. Includes a page (which is detached from rest of book) with an inscription written in ink: 'To Miss Holins, With Mr and Mrs Holloway. Love. July 1899.' Condition consistent with age of book. A collection of black and white photographs of London, its notable buildings, parks, etc and residents - and the Jubilee celebrations - at the time of Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee.
