Terms of sale for MediaBazaar

All sales are final. On orders where we made a mistake in the shipment of the item or if the description is inaccurate, we will refund and pay for the return shipping. On items where the mistake is not ours, we will refund the book price within 30 days of purchase less the commissions and shipping/handling cost upon receipt of the book. The item must be returned in the exact condition as the item was shipped. If you have a problem with your order, contact us via e-mail with the appropriate transaction information (book title, date ordered, transaction ID, and ship-to information.) We will quickly get back with you and resolve the issue to the best of our abilities. NO unauthorized returns will be accepted or refunded at our warehouse, therefore please make sure that you contact us via email first regarding return issues. We appreciate your business.
