Finley descendant's address sticker on title page, else internally sound with no markings or tearing. Presentation letter and facsimile of letter from Mayor William E. Dever laid in. Promotional volume containing thirty pages of black-and-white illustrations and descriptions of Chicago architectural achievements, including Field Museum, Union Station, University of Chicago, etc. An uncommon Chicago item.
