With a few illustrations in text, LACKING the frontis portrait of a horse. A single issue of this magazine primarily devoted to horse racing and equestrian events. This includes a look at the pedigrees and breeding of various horses, as well as upcoming horse races and predictions of the success of various horses. Also included is a section on hunting, primarily relating to foxes and the training of dogs. GOOD condition, apparently disbound from a larger volume. LACKING wrap on spine. Moderate foxing to the covers, with some soiling and general fading. Interior solid with browning along the extremities and scattered foxing/minor staining throughout.
