Terms of sale for Lufabill

Shipping times cannot be guaranteed. They are only estimates based on the carriers' delivery times, and do not include Customs processing. If your order will pass through Customs, please expect a delay.  Shipping orders in excess of 1kg weight may incur additional shipping costs. In all cases, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the correct address is entered on their order. Lufabill cannot not be responsible for any postal service irregularities such as (for example)inability to find an address or failure to notify a recipient that a parcel was unable to be delivered for whatever reason.  
 30 day return guarantee, with full refund including shipping costs for up to 30 days after delivery if an item arrives misdescribed or damaged. Please register the fault within 7 days of receipt giving the reason(s)for the complaint.
