Original red pebbled cloth binding with lettering to spine and gilt vignette to the front board, blind stamped decoration. Binding showing signes of general wear, top and bottom of spine frayed, corners bumped, cloth a little marked. Contents good and tight, original end papers, paper torn and repaired to the hinges. A little light scattered foxing to first few pages, the name Michell 1880 to the top of the title page. A good new edition copy. Contains several papers, such as Lundy Island, Highwater Mark, Goby Hunting, Dartmoor and the Dart, a Day in the Woods of Jamaica; all to be read in isolation..
