Masonic lodge stamp is seen on the top edges of text block and a private book plate is seen on the front paste downs of each volume. Covers are a little scuffed. Lettering remains good on spines. Scattered, fairly light, foxing, and some darkening/age toning of paper is seen. There is a narrow crease seen on the first leaves of Volume I. Map of Routes to the principal Mining Districts remains good, with only a couple of small fold tears.
