Lettering on cover label, decorated initials and map by Thoreau MacDonald. Title vignette, then intro by Banting, followed by a map showing places Banting and Jackson reached in the S. S. Beothic in 1927 and explanations of the plates, followed by the 17 black and white plates that follow "the course of the voyage from Godhavn to Labrador." First and only edition, we believe this is one of the 950 copies (of 1000) , as the spine is not cloth and there is no number indicating it is one of the first 50 printed.
