The dust jacket is complete with some inch chips and edge tears.<p>

Stated first edition. With red and yellow text and decoration on top of a blue back ground with slip case. Boards in very good condition, Front cover very good, back board has a few blemishes. Nice spine no wear and no fading. Very light edge wear<p>

Has a recipe for Magic Choc-O-Nut Cake cut out and taped inside the front board, Tape has come loose leaving a couple of ghost lines top and bottom of where the recipe was taped<p>

Lots of brown and grey and white illustrations, some color.<p>

Culinary Arts Institute Volume 2 binder but most of the booklets are for volume 1. Three are for volume 2 , the rest are for volume 1. All are in very good condition. Ther are 11 booklets. The booklets are:<p>

New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1899 Dark Green cloth, good condition, some edgewear, solid binding, inside pages clean and unmarked.

Kansas City, MO: Frank Glenn Publishing Co., Inc, 1956 Near fine blue cloth boards, red text. Dust jacket front almost detached from the spine. taped back with clear tape on the inside of the dust jacket.<p>

The book comes with two post cards of the outside and inside of the
tearoom. The postcards have been covered in a clear plastic sleeve
that you can pull out and put the post card back in.<p>

I have always been interested in this cook book because I have eaten there and I am only about 30 miles from the tearoom that no longer exists.<p>

The last printing on the backside of the title page is January 1967.
The inside pages are clean and unmarked.has a red ribbon page marker. Dust jacket has an inch tear top left hand edge.<p>

The pale blue boards are good plus, light edge wear, some light smudges. The dust jacket is very good, inch chip top front edge,
not price clipped, 6.95.

The Prairie Press , Inc., 1973 Black plastic spine, pale blue light cardboard wraps. Very good condition.

Shenandoah, Iowa: The Prairie Press, Inc., 1976 A thick paperback cook book , pale blue paper covers, edge worn,
black plastic comb,paper front cover broken at the top first three rings of the black plastic comb. Some paper recipe clippings are inserted into the book. An argo cornstarch recipe cut from the box and pasted onto the inside back to the front cover.<p>

At the very back are two order blanks to send in to order more cookbooks, one order blank is missing, there were three.<p>

A smudge mark on the first page at the top, looks like a thumb print.<p>

The cover looks used and has a few very small marks, (ink and dirt).

The midwest has some of the best cooks and some of these recipes
sound really good.

Ebners Verlag Ulm Book in good - condition, edge wear, tears in the spine middle seams, loose tissue paper. No copyright date but probably late 1800's, bumped corners. Text in German. Lots of German advertising in the back. Cracked spine front and back.

USA: The McCall Publishing Company, 1984 Three vinyl binders with tabs.<p>

None of the binders are numbered. The binders are in very good condition, some of the tabs don't have all the recipe cards but most of them and some tabs are complete. The binders are about 1 1/2 inches thick each.<p>

The McCall'ls Cooking School has some really good recipes with a large color photo and in step directions on how to fix. With all the recipe cards , I know you will find some you will really love. <p>

Omaha , NB: Union Pacific Railroad Dining Car & Hotel Department Three ring black binder, sections 1-8 followed by sections A-P which are divide by tabbed cards with actual photographs attached to them. Pages are not numbered. Has a glossy picture of a yellow flower Los Angeles Limited, also a glossy of a Los Angeles Limited menu. Prices of the food in the binder from 1943.
