Christenson: A cum laude graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Jim served with distinction in the U.S. Army from 1941 to 1946, winning the Legion of Merit award, then worked for the A.O. Smith Corporation for 41 years as an engineer, international sales director, and vice director of A.O. Smith's joint venture automotive plant in Monterey, Mexico. This is his functional library of information would be fascinating to anyone interested in this historical company... many pages.

Philadelphia: Chilton Company, 1962 1136 pages, usual wear expected for a functional book- bumped, soiled, stamps from previous owner.

Springfield, Massachusetts: Baldwin Duckworth, 1942 Two catalogues from this company with 4 actual 8 by 10 inch photographs of equipment with treads from this company, also a catalogue of airplane chainbelts. Some soiling to cover.

Edge Moor, Delaware: Edge Moor Iron Co., 1913 95 pages, many neat photographs of boilers, the book is quite tight and pretty gold lettering against red cloth boards.

Chicago: Oldfield Engineering Company 16 pages, early example of pollution control. illustrated with photographs and diagrams. Looks as though it was in a binder at one point as there are three holes near backstrip.
