Two pages of basic drawing figures on stiffer stock of paper in back of book intact. These pages were made to be removed and used for drawing, so they are often gone from the book. Rare dustjacket has closed tears and shelfwear along edges, but overall in nice condition. Protected in mylar jacket. Front endpapers is a steeplechasing scene. Back endpapers show a polo match. Unpaginated. Clear and concise drawing instructions geared to make the aspiring artist comfortable with plungeing forward and putting pencil to paper. Lots of sketches and full drawings with explanations. Shows lots horses and dogs, but also still life, people, and skiing, boxing, tennis, and football.
