All Items Subject To Prior Sale. Amex, Discover, Master Charge, Visa, check (US funds) or PayPal. Items may be returned for any reason within 10 days with prior notice. Returns must be appropriately packed and traceable. Credit card orders will only be shipped to the billing address of the credit card. Missouri residents please add appropriate sales tax. Payment in advance is required for first time clients. Shipping is not included in the book price and will be billed at cost. Title does not transfer until receipt of payment in full.
