Square and tight with fairly minor wear to edges and tips. Some fairly mild toning to interior page edges. Scattered quite minor foxing to a few edges here and there but nothing affecting text and primarily relegated to the prelims. Contemporary ownership signature on ffep which is neatly 1/3 split at the inner margin but still quite secure. A very pretty collectable copy of a fairly uncommon printing, especially in this condition. (Gabler, p272).

Just about as fresh at when it sat on the bookseller's shelf almost 100 years ago. The jacket on the other hand.... It is 100% complete and unclipped, ($2.50), though it has internal splits along the flap folds. Mild chipping to spine ends and tape reinforcement at the top and bottom of each fold point. A very pretty collectable copy.
