Fine/good. 630pp, hardcover with copper-colored boards and gilt lettering on spine, mylar-covered dj with repaired 2" tear on upper right of back also showing at top of spine (see photo), quarto 10.25" x 12.5", heavily illustrated in b&w and color. Book is in fine condition, dj in good condition A beautiful copy of this rare and massive volume covering the works of this influential Dadaist and conceptual artist. Included with book is a Phillips art auction catalog from 5.13.2002 listing 14 authorized Duchamp Ready-Made duplicates from 1964 of his original works, including iconic works such as Fountain (urinal), Bicycle Wheel and Bottle Rack,  many of which were lost in original form.

San Rafael: Insight Editions, 2006. First printing. As New/as new. 253pp, grey cloth with stamped silver gilt lettering on cover and spine, 11.5 x 14 inches, photo on dustjacket, photos on endpapers. Introduction by Chris Murray, Foreword by Peter Guralnick, text and photography by Alfred Wertheimer. Photos printed in quadratone process using four inks: two blacks, a special warm grey and a metallic pewter. As new with protective clear cover on dustjacket. A large format, beautifully printed book of Elvis Presley's early months in 1956 as he begins his rise to fame. Wertheimer follows Presley around New York City for television appearances and Presley's home in Memphis with unlimited access to the performer.
