Library of America , 2001. Hardcover. Fine/Fine. A collection of important documents of the American Revolution, arranged chronologically from Paul Revere's account of his own ride through a description of Washington resigning his commission at the end of the war. A wonderful group of primary source documents. VG in a Fine jacket, the book DOES have a moderate amount of unobtrusive penciled underlining.

Boston: Houghton Mifflin, 1967. First Edition . Cloth. Near Fine/Good. 8vo - over 7¾"- 9¾" tall. A look inside the culture of the State Department circa 1967. The author is not especially a fan of the department, for a variety of reasons. First printing, Near Fine in a Good+ jacket. Jacket has tears and nicks at exrtemeties, some rubbing, but is not price-clipped. The book itself is quite good--perhaps unread.

Crescent Books, Crown Publishers, 1972. Hardcover. Fine/Fine. 4to - over 9¾ - 12" tall. Profusely illustrated book of antique maps from assorted sources. A fine copy in a fine jacket, protected in Brodart. Gift inscription to half title is the only notable flaw. Brown cloth boards with gilt decorations, endpapers are a map of Europe on a turquoise background.

Moorland, 1982. Soft cover. Very Good. Yes, the book is from 1982, but hey, these ancient sites aren't going anywhere, right? A nice clean copy, tight binding, unmarked, full of pencil drawings of the assorted sites.

First printing of this book from the author of Michael Collins about the assassination of the chief of the general staff by two young IRA members. Featured prominently are Paul and Jane Bowles, William Burroughs, Allan Ginsburg, Truman Capote, and many others. Fine in a fine jacket, this is a first printing. Laid in is the NYT review of this title, and a newspaper piece on Alfred Chester, a novelist living in Tangier who had a breakdown and believed Paul Bowles was attempting to kill him.

Originally published in 1972, this study is dedicated to the surviving speakers of the Dyirbal, Giramay and Mamu dialects. For it's age, quite good. Minimal wear, with a nice aqua cover. A bit of foxing to page edges, but no marking or highlighting.
