Darien Georgia: City of Darien/The Darien-McIntosh Bicentennial Committe, 1976. First Edition. . Soft cover. Near Fine. NF/0/1st ed. The eighteenth century American naturalist, William Bartram Jr., was the pivot around which the conference revolved. When William Bartram and his father visited the coast of Georgia he observed man's use and dependence on the natural world around him. As we look toward the future, man's relation to the landscape will be of increasing importance. Illustrations on every page. This stands about 2 1/2 inches, which entitles it to miniature book status. The one staple is a little rusty, but is holding on very firmly.
