Our business size will never exceed our ability to communicate directly to the customers who have an inquiry concern. No inquiry is too small for us to respond to. We will gladly send you pictures of a book you are interested in upon request. We conduct a final review of each book to ensure that it matches the condition listed before we ship. If we find a discrepancy we will contact the customer. If a customer should experience a problem with an order, we will work with the customer to resolve the issue to the customer's complete satisfaction. Our goal is that the customer experience is positive. We strongly prefer that a customer contact us regarding an issue rather than read about it through feedback. If a customer should wish to return an item, the customer has 30 days from the time they receive the item to return it. After we inspect the item we will issue a full refund.

We have a 30 day return policy, with full refund including all shipping costs. We take pictures of each book before sending to ensure accuracy. The customer has 30 days after the time of delivery to initiate a return. If an item arrives damaged or does not match our description - we make full restitution. Discretionary returns may require a 20 percent restocking fee. Once we receive the discretionary returns, we will inspect the item and collect 20% a restocking fee. In many cases, if you initiate communication with us, we may waive this fee.
