There are some minor creases to the edges and a small indentation above the initial letter. A tiny piece is chipped from the bottom right corner of the broadside. Illustrated with a superb 11-1/2 inch high by 7-7/8 inch wide wood engraved reproduction of Albrecht Durer's "The Nativity" printed on a 20 inch high by 13 inch wide fine stock, with the text of "The Birth of Christ : According to the Gospel of Saint Luke" printed in black on the facing page with a handsome initial and the colophon printed in red. There are a few tiny minor tears to the front edge of the second leaf and to the top and bottom of the fold. The top and bottom edges are darkened.
