This scarce In not rare original second issue of this vintage Journal is in very good collectible condition with dust soiling and a few tiny tears to the cover and some page edges. A few pages are age-toned but not brittle. An old tape reinforcement has been made to the spine by a previous owner. An 8 and 1/2 by 11 inch, 11 page of text as the bulletin pages were only printed on one side, the reverse of each printed page is blank as issued.
