Quarto, 11 1/4" tall, unpaginated (approx 96 pages with color and black and white illustration throughout, illustrated boards. A very good minus, generally clean, sturdy hard cover over all with moderate shelf wear, binding tight, paper bright, but the spine ends and fore-corner tips rubbed through. In a good edge worn dust jacket with chipping at the folds as well as the printed finger prints which are part of the parody. The parody aspect of this volume carries through the finger soiling and wear perfectly.

"illustrated with twenty-four portraits on steel, and many hundred wood engravings" Octavo, 10" tall, vol. 1: xii + 608 pages.; vol. 2: 609 to 1136 pages; blind-stamped brown cloth with gilt-stamped spine titles & cover vignette. A good original set overall; interior very good, hinges and binding solid, paper clean and lightly yellowed; but exterior worn, back strip cloth frayed at all edges, fore-corner tips through to boards. These larger and heavier volumes will require additional postage.

Knopf for the American Booksellers, assembled in convention in New York on the occasion of their twenty-seventh anniversary banquet, May 12, 1927." Miss Kelly was also the author of Beauty and Mary Blair, Heat's Blood, and Wings. 12mo, 7 3/4" tall, 120 pages, red quarter-cloth over decorative boards. A very good, clean, neat hard cover first edition with minor shelf wear and rubbing to the extremities and darkening to the top fore-edge and to the boards, binding solid, text paper clean but light to moderately yellowed. Without dust jacket (which may not have been issued with this special edition).

A good, generally clean, sturdy hard cover with moderate wear; hinges and binding solid, paper lightly yellowed, spine paper label faded, cover label chipped; front hinge cracked but sturdy, internal binding solid, paper moderately yellowed.
